J.C. "Pat" Patrick

J.C. “Pat” Patrick, 72, of Jonesboro, went to be with his Lord Saturday evening at his home.

Born in Fastrill, Texas, J.C. served 22 years active duty in the U.S. Navy and then 15 years in Civil Service to the Navy before retiring. He was a Vietnam veteran with 3 tours of duty and a single tour of Dessert Storm. He moved to Jonesboro 3 years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Sherrie Patrick of the home;

1 son: John Christopher Patrick of Lake Charles, Louisiana;

3 step children: Michael Pflaumer and Chris Pflaumer, both of Jonesboro, and Tracy Garrison of Oswego, Oklahoma;

2 sisters: Rita Lyles and Regina Isgate, both of Diboll, Texas; and

8 grandchildren.

Per his request, Pat will be buried at sea. There will be no local services or visitation.
