Jayne Marie Brussel

Jayne Marie Brussel, 50, Brookland, formerly of Easton, PA died after a long fight with cancer at her home with her family by her side.

Jayne was born in Warwick, New York on December 30, 1962, and grew up in Pompton Lakes, NJ. She moved to Jonesboro where she raised her children most of their lives. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and later became a Nurse Practitioner.

Later in life she moved back to Pennsylvania to be near some of her family, and worked for Easton Hospital. She was a devout Christian lady that gave her time and money to her church. She was a very caring person that loved her family.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael Brussel of Brookland, and Steven and his wife Britney Brussel; three grandchildren, Elena Brussel, Brayden and Brooklyn Fountain all of Jonesboro;

Mother and stepfather, Rick and Portia Krehely of Saylorsburg, PA; father and stepmother Frank and Donna Brussel of Humnoke, AR; one sister, Laurie Pickrell of Palmerton, PA; four half siblings, Frankie Brussel of Monroe, LA, Aaron Brussel of Kansas City, MO, Lisa Baldwin of Terry, MS, and Amber Charboneau of Houston, TX; and a host of other family and friends.

All services will be private.
