Infant Jayden Harrison Combs died Wednesday at St. Bernards Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Mikahala Combs; father, Marcus Burlow; and grandparents, Telma Nwokeabia, and Harrison and Carolyn Combs.
A graveside service will be Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
