Jason Lee Percell, 41, of Jonesboro, passed from this life March 30, 2021 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Jason was born on July 22, 1979 to Nina and Michael Percell Sr.

Jason lived in Jonesboro for 25 years, moving there from Pocahontas. He loved being outdoors. You could always find him camping, fishing, golfing, riding 4-wheelers, or enjoying the lake. Jason enjoyed cooking, especially putting his skills to work on the grill. He had a passion for sports and was an avid Razorback and Raiders fan. His passion for sports also included watching his children compete in football and swimming. Most importantly, Jason was a family man that loved his time with them . He always enjoyed and looked forward to get togethers with friends and family for cookouts and hanging out.

Jason is survived by his wife of 12 years, Corrine Percell, of the home; parents, Nina and Mike Percell Sr., of Batesville, MS; children, Bishop Percell, Jewelia Percell, Mavrick Percell, and Mack Percell; brother, Mike Percell Jr., of Caruthersville, MO; and sister, Wendy Terry, of Batesville, MS; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home. A visitation will precede the service from 1pm to 2pm. Burial will be private.
