Janette Attaway

Janette Attaway, 77, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Sunday, December 25, 2022. She was born to the late Lloyd and Imogene Hale on March 4, 1945 in Dixie. Janette served her community as a hairdresser for 25 years. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and boating on the lake. In addition to her parents, Janette is preceded in death by her husband, James Attaway; and son, Tracy Houston.

Janette is survived by her grandson, Matt Houston (Celeste Graham) of Jonesboro; great grandchildren, Noah Houston and Fieldynn Houston; brother, Rick Hale of Lake City; and sisters, Lucille Harvey of Paragould and Helen Stewart of Elgin, Illinois.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Pine Log Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Kevin Harvey, Scotty Harvey, Casey Horner, Jack Davis, Kenny Qualls, and Mitchell Qualls.
