Jane Lee Sullivan, infant daughter of David Sullivan and Sandra Gladish, of Jonesboro, was born into Heaven March 22, 2010 at St. Bernards Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Juleaka Sullivan; grandparents, James & Mary Sullivan, Charles Wallace, and many aunts, uncles, and other family members.
Jane Lee was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jerry & Marilyn Cornwell and Dorothy Wallace.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
