Jan Gifford

Jan Gifford, 58, of Brookland passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015 at UAMS, Little Rock, AR.

Jan was the daughter of J.P. Haff and Doris Lawrence Haff. Jan was employed at Unilever for the last seven years and previously worked at Frito-Lay for 10 years. Jan was a loving and caring wife. She was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching her husband drag race. She devoted her time to the Relay for Life organization, and she was always putting others before herself.

Jan was preceded in death by her father, J.P. Haff; and her furry K9 baby, Peanut.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Gifford; mother, Doris Haff; one sister, Ann Wilson and brother-in-law Mark Ainley; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry Don and Sheila Haff; her caring mother-in-law, Pat Gifford; several nieces and nephews; a special cousin, Patty Sue Parnell.

Services will be Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 2pm in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Rick Hathcoat officiating. Entombment will be in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements. Pallbearers will be Sean Haff, Nick Haff, Mark Ainley, Marty
Koster, Mike Tarr, and Norman Quinn.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7pm at Emerson Funeral Home.
