James Percifull

James Percifull, 86 of Jonesboro passed this life July 14, 2016 in Trumann. He was employed in his early life with Craighead Electric Cooperative. He then worked and served the public for 40 years for Arkansas Power and Light. He was a Christian of the Baptist faith. Throughout his working career, he and his family lived in Trumann, Marked Tree, Brinkley and Forrest City, where he retired in 1982.

He loved and was loved by his family. After retirement, he spent his time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn in 2011 and his son, Jimmy of Cabot in 2004. He was also preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Lucille Percifull and his brothers, Billy and Norman Percifull of Jonesboro.

James is survived by his sister, Katheryn Melton (Dan) of Bono; one daughter, Julie Percifull Rye (Johnny) of Trumann and two sons, Dannie Percifull (Suzanne) and Joseph Percifull of Jonesboro.

His favorite hobby was spending time with his grandchildren, Amanda Percifull Cross (Larry), Craig Alan Percifull (Sarah), Amelia Percifull Jirel (Brian) and Bradley (Jessica) and Trisdan Percifull, Neil Percifull (Jessica), Katie Percifull
Green (Jeremy) and Erin Percifull.

James had nine great grandchildren; Tyler, Lucus and Jensen Percifull of Jonesboro; Alexis, Sydney, and Abbagail Percifull of Cabot; Mason Lee Jirel of Little Rock; Austin and Riley Percifull of Florida and Madeline and Bella Cross of Ward.

A memorial service will be Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Marked Tree, AR at 11:00 AM. Burial of cremains will be at 2:30 PM at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro.

James had a love for mankind and will be missed by all
