James "Jim" Lewis

James “Jim” Lewis, 84 of Jonesboro died Friday. He was born in West Hamlin, West Virginia and lived in San Diego, California before moving to Jonesboro in 1981.

He was preceded in death by his wife Amelia in 2003, and several brothers and sisters.
He was a member of the Jonesboro Masonic Lodge #129 and the Scottish Rite and the Shriners in San Diego. Jim was a veteran of the Army Air Corp serving in WWII

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Emerson Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
