James Agent

James Jerome Agent, 81, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at his home. He was born November 8, 1938 in Neshoba County, Mississippi to the late Harvey and Inez Agent.

James lived in Blytheville for a number of years prior to moving to Jonesboro in 1991, where he attended St. Paul United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Sarah Agent, and siblings, Betty Adams, Frances Stewart, Jerry Agent, and Pat Agent.

James is survived by his two sons, Wayne (Laurie) Agent of Lafayette, Louisiana and Clayton Agent (Ericka Bell) of Jonesboro; and four grandchildren, Alexander Agent, Madison Agent, Jaden Bell, and Emily Bell.
