Jake Burns

Jake Burns, Jonesboro, infant child of Amber Chadwick and Keith Burns, died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Chadwick, and great grandparents, Wayne and Opel McGill, and Bud Chadwick.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Evelyn Chadwick, Jonesboro; paternal grandparents, Edward Burns and wife Kim, Poplar Bluff, Missouri; Cindy Warnick, Bono; paternal great grandparents, Edward and Janice Burns, Hornesville, Missouri; Roy and Kay Cook, Jonesboro; maternal great grandmother, Lola Chadwick, Lake City; three uncles and three aunts.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Nettleton Cemetery with Billy Andrews officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Ken Martin, Austin Martin, Jake Kaneko, and Jason Burns. Honorary pallbearers are Eric Chadwick, Cody Chadwick, Blake Martin, Mr. Thompson, and Herbie Kaneko.

Visitation will be from noon until 1:30 at Emerson Funeral Home.
