Jacquolyn Whitlatch Roland

Jacquolyn Whitlatch Roland, 67, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her residence. She had lived in Jonesboro since 1973. Jackie was a member of the Bay Church of Christ. She had worked 18 years at FMC and then retired at the age of 59 from Thomas and Betts after working there for an additional 13 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lena Whitlatch and her twin sister, Gwendolyn Darling.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Wayne Roland of the home; son, Michael Roland; daughter, Stacie Bergman (Chuck) all of Jonesboro; sisters, Deborah Mears (Henry) of Jonesboro; Charlene Qualls (Ron) of Trumann; grandchildren, Hayley Slayton, Hannah Bergman, and Sabrina Roland.

Graveside services will be 10:00 Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Pine Log Cemetery with Marvin Rickett officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Jimmy Grisham, Forrest Grisham, Genaro Lopez, David Ashlock, Bill West, and Verlin Spencer. Visitation will be from 5-7 Friday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
