Jacqueline Marshell Tolewitzke, 47, of Brookland died Wednesday January 26, at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born in Rockford, Illinois and had lived in Brookland for 6 years, moving there from Jonesboro. She was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church. She was a school teacher for 11 years at the Brookland School District where she taught pre-school, first grade, and sixth grade, also taught first grade at the Trumann School. She loved to watch her daughter play basketball. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dallas Davis.
Survived by her daughter Jennifer Tolewitzke of the home.
Parents, Shelby and Linda Davis of Lake City.
Brother, Mitchell Davis and wife Debbie of Monette.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday January 29, at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Ronald Matheny officiating. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
Active pallbearers will be Bradley Davis, Brandon Davis, Jack McCann, Patrick Gillespie, Michael Davis and Darrin Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Henry and Steve Hackman.
Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M. Friday January 28, at Emerson Funeral Home.
