Jackie Birdsell

Jackie Birdsell, 69, Jonesboro, died April 16, 2012 at her home. She loved watching television and movies. She also liked knitting and sewing. She especially loved her grandchildren and her dogs and animals.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Birdsell, Jonesboro; children, Regina Marie Spence, Tampa, Florida, Dallas “Butch” Spence, Timothy Spence, Jonesboro, Ginger Davis, Houston, Texas, Kim Birdsell, Jonesboro; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; her sisters, Yvetta Bennett and Delois Vance, Jonesboro; and her father-in-law, C.B. Birdsell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas & Gwendolyn Williams Gibson; a grandson, Tyler Birdsell; and a brother, Dallas Owen Gibson, Jr.

Graveside services are Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 2:30 pm at Jonesboro Memorial Park. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
