Jack Charles Flynn, 70, of Jonesboro, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017, at the Cox Medical Center in Branson, Missouri.

Born in Portageville, Missouri, Jack lived several years in St. Louis before moving to Jonesboro in 1986. Along with his brother Jerry, Jack co-owned and operated Lazzari Italian Oven Restaurant in Jonesboro. He was a member of Faith Tabernacle in Jonesboro where he served as an Elder. When Jack had time away from the restaurant, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his two German Shepherds, Hector and Cesar.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents: John H. and Leola Mae Bawcum Flynn; sister Johnnie Waldman; and 3 brothers James, Bill and Ben Flynn.

Survivors include his wife, Kim Flynn of the home;
daughters, Jaclyn Flynn of the home and Amber Wells (Bruce) of Peshtigo, Wisconsin;
son, Anthony White (Charlene) of Springdale;
2 brothers, Jerry Flynn (Susan) and Danny Flynn (Larye), all of Jonesboro;
3 sisters-in-law: Ben's wife, Susan Flynn of Jonesboro, and Bill's wife Patti Flynn and James' wife Sandy Flynn both of St. Louis; and
3 grandchildren, Jasimine White, Michael White and Casey White, all of Springdale.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at Emerson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brad Robinson and Rev. Ted Buxton officiating. Entombment will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Pallbearers include Benny Lisk, Dewayne Dixon, Tyler Schroader, Freddie Bass, Paul Bass and Kelly Vickers.

For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
