Irwin Guren

Irwin W. Guren, 74, of Bono, died Friday, December 12, 2008 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He had lived in Jonesboro since 1999 moving here from Reno Nevada. He was retired as Commander in Chief from the US Navy serving in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Guren.

Irwin is survived by daughters Tammy Ishmael and her husband Eddie Ishmael Sr. of Bono; Becky McAdoo and companion Caroline Gibson of Jonesboro; grandsons Eddie Ishmael Jr. and Randle Ishmael.
