Ina Marie Wiles

Ina Marie Wiles, died Sunday, October 23, 2005, at the age of 91, at Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was born in Franklin, Arkansas in 1914 and moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1930. She married Charles L. “Chuck” Wiles in 1933. They moved to Cape Girardeau in 1995. They were married for 66 years until Chuck’s death in 1999.

She was a homemaker, member of the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro, she was active in the church in many roles including, Sunday School Youth Teacher, Training Union Teacher, and Women’s Missionary Union Leader. Ina was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, Elmer and Roxie Shell, two brothers, Terry L. Shell and John Russell Shell.

Daughter – Ina Lee Hudson of Cincinnati, Ohio

Son - Charles Russell Wiles of Cape Girardeau, MO

4 Grandchildren & 6 Great-Grandchildren

Graveside services will be 11:30 Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Bruce Tippit officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 on Wednesday at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
