Imigine James

Imigine James, 83, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Saturday, February 24, 2018. She was born to the late James and Minnie Vard on July 13, 1934 in Corinth, Mississippi. Imigine’s family was extremely important to her and she will be greatly missed. She was a friendly person who never met a stranger and would welcome anyone into her home. In addition to her parents, Imigine is also preceded in death by her husband, Junior James; son, Johnny James; brothers, J.C. Hall, Floyd Hall, and Jack Hall; and one sister, Christine Hoeft.

Imigine is survived by two daughters, Sharon Ashford of Jonesboro and Tammy Cain of Fair Hope, Alabama; sisters, Ellen Horn and Wilma Trammell; grandchildren, Chastity Mott, Colby James, and Emma Cain; and great grandchildren, Ian Mott, Chloe Mott, and Peyton Mott.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
