Helen Mae Gooch

Helen Mae Gooch, 86, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, May 7, 2009, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She moved to Jonesboro in 1985 from Pontiac, Michigan and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Eugene Gooch; one son, Jerry Eugene Gooch; two brothers, Berlin Gadberry and Charles Gadberry Jr.; and two sisters, Hazel Dodson and Geneve Dodson.

Survivors include her daughter Bonnie May and husband, Tom of Jonesboro; brother, J. W. Gadberry, Michigan; one granddaughter, Deana Grove; three great grandchildren, Dara, Dane, and Kacy and fifteen nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 Monday, May, 11, 2009 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Ricky Hansen officiating and burial to follow at Nettleton Cemetery under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home.
