Hazel Evelyn Noblin

Hazel Evelyn Noblin, 85, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, June 17, 2010 at her home. She had lived in Jonesboro for fifteen years, moving here from Rogers, Arkansas. She was a member of the Greensboro Road Church of Christ and preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Noblin; son, Charles E. Noblin; and great granddaughter, Lauren Estes.

Survivors include sons, James Noblin and wife Judy, Ft. Leonardwood, Missouri; William Noblin and wife Pat, Rogers, Arkansas; Larry Noblin and wife Chrylene, Fayetteville, Arkansas; Michael Noblin, Jonesboro; Don Lee Noblin and wife Pam, Phoenix, Arizona; daughter, Shirley Wallace, Jonesboro; brothers William Barnes, Tennessee; L.K. Barnes, Memphis, Tennessee; Jimmy Barnes, Trumann, Arkansas Jerry “Frek” Barnes, Jonesboro; sister, Janie Wooten, Dyess, Arkansas; 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with burial at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time on Saturday. Terry Joe Kee will be officiating with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
