Hazel Marie Gambill

Hazel Marie Gambill, 85, of Jonesboro went to be with the Lord on Wednesday February 8, at St. Bernard’s Day Place.

She was born and lived in Jonesboro her lifetime and was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church since 1975, where she was on the benevolent committee. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and loved to baby sit.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley Gambill, parents, Clarence and Della Gann Harris, sons, Eddie Gambill, Allen Dale Gambill and 2 grandchildren.

Survived by her son, Paul “Chuck” Gambill of Jonesboro.

Daughter, Charolette McArthur (Doug) of Jonesboro.

Six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday February 11, at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Robbie McMasters officiating. Burial will be at Trinity
Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers will be Bill Knight, Mark Knight, Louie Harris, Mark Harris, Gale Harris and James Baggett.

Visitation will be from 1:00P.M., until service time on Saturday February 11, at Emerson Memorial Chapel.

Family requests that lasting memorials be made to the St. Bernard’s Day Place, 700 E. Washington Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
