Harvey R. Williams, 90, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
Harvey was born in the Tulot area near Trumann on July 23, 1925 to the late Ernest and Lois Jones Williams. He had lived all his life in or around the Jonesboro area, and he was a member of Kingdom Hall in Jonesboro. He owned several businesses throughout his career from roofing, gravel hauling, tree trimming, and the Funland skating. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Ulanda Williams; one son, Bobby Ray Williams; one sister, Jackie Williams.
He is survived by his loving wife, Neoma Davis Williams; one son, Tommy Williams (Karen) all of Jonesboro; one daughter, Theresa Beaver (Dennis) of Piggott; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; one brother, Billy Williams of Jonesboro; four sisters, Toni Jarvis, Nadine Rice, Terri Southerland, Carolyn Williams.
Funeral service will be at 2pm Thursday, October 15, 2015 in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Randall Henrichsen officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements. Clint Williams, Brandon Hager, Jason Floyd, Chris Simmons, Tyler Simmons, and Johnny Parnell will be serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will one hour prior to the service.
