Harold Ray Morgan

Harold Ray Morgan, 70, passed away June 1, 2023 at his home in Brookland. He was born on May 29, 1953 in Jonesboro to George Junior and Willadean Morgan.

Harold lived in Brookland all his life and was of the Baptist belief. Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry and cabinet making, and most importantly, spending time with his family. Cheering on his children and grandchildren at sporting events was one of his favorite pastimes. He also loved westerns, WWE, and catching up on the latest news.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents, George Junior and Willadean Morgan; his brother, Darrell Morgan; and his sister, Carolyn Sims.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Pat Morgan of the home; son, Allen Morgan of Brookland; daughter, Jennifer Morgan of Brookland; grandchildren, Haley Morgan, Braden Morgan, and Milly Morgan all of Brookland, Hannah Boling of Blytheville, Greenlee Gardner, Hannah (Dakota) Tomlinson, Alicia Tomlinson, and Jace Tomlinson all of Brookland; and great-grandchildren, Conner Morgan, Kasen Reynolds, and Stella Morgan.

A visitation will be held at Emerson Funeral Home on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at Pine Log Cemetery on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Rick Hathcoat officiating.
