Harold Max Hardin

April 16, 1925 — February 17, 2015

Harold Max Hardin, 89, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his home. He had lived in Jonesboro most of his life and was the owner/operator of the Totem Pole restaurant . Max served his country in the US Coast Guard during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Lyndall Hardin, of the home; sons, Larry Max Hardin (Ouida); Gregory Neal Hardin (Elizabeth) both of Jonesboro; daughter, Teresa Mitchell (Terry) of Texarkana, Texas; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Kathy Holler officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow with a 1:00 committal service at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until service time on Saturday.
