Harold Dean Timmons

NASHVILLE-Harold Dean Timmons of Nashville, TN, was born July 28th, 1941, in Mississippi. He went to be with the Lord on March 15th, 2016, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Dean was a fun loving jokester who had a generous servant’s heart. He lived most of his life in Jonesboro, AR. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents: William Lunsford and Ila Mae Timmons; his brothers: Buck, Bob, and Gene Timmons; and sister Ruth (Sis) Nichols.

Dean is survived by his wife Donna Timmons, sisters Serena Jones and Doris Nall, brother Sonny Timmons, sons Rusty Timmons of Nashville, TN, Randy Timmons of Russellville, AR, daughters Ronda Bogdanovic and Rayna Boyles of Mt. Juliet, TN, sons Kevin and Joseph Jackson of Jonesboro, AR, grandchildren Samantha Clark, Eric Timmons, Nicki Staples, Aaron Thompson, Randi Gamble, Hope Fry, Jonathan, Jeremy, and Ryan Timmons, Beca Conn, Nicholas and Noah Bogdanovic, Regan Hinson, Mark and Ethan Boyles, Kaitlyn and Colleen Jackson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren Layney, Emma, and Connor Timmons, Dylan Deavours, Lucy and Mason Fry, Alexander, Maximus, Tiberius, Ryker, and Aurora Gamble, John Benjamin and Penelope Conn, Carter and Riley Timmons, MaKyle and Elijah Hinson.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19th, at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro. A graveside funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Woods Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery south of Paragould with Rev. Grey Falanga officiating.
