Harold A. Sims

Harold Sims, 65, of Jonesboro, died Monday, January 8, 2007 at NEA Medical Center. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Novacinski, and a son, Harold Shawn Sims, both of the home, and a daughter Jeanie Perry of Branson Missouri.

Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Jean and John Meeks of Winona, Mississippi. He has five grandchildren, Cordero Sims, Christopher Sims, and Matthew Sims of Jonesboro and Brise Perry of Branson, Missouri, and Erica Clark of Parkville, Missouri.

Graveside services will be 1:30 P.M., Thursday at Nettleton Cemetery and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Emerson Funeral Home.
