Guy Barksdale

Guy Wilbur Barksdale, 93, of Jonesboro died November 30 at his home. He was born November 17, 1914 at Paragould.

He worked primarily in the auto parts business and in real estate. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Mr. Barksdale is survived by his sister, Sarah Alexander of Chicago, Illinois; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, one son, and two sisters.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Brother Tom Taylor officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
