Gloria G. Pilbeam

Gloria G. Pilbeam, 85, of Jonesboro passed away peacefully Sunday morning, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House. Gloria and her husband Jay were owners of Little Pigs Restaurant in Portage, MI, where Gloria enjoyed working by her husband’s side until their retirement in 1989. In 1999 they moved to Jonesboro, where they became members of Blessed Sacrament Church.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jay Pilbeam; four sons and their wives, Richard and Jeanette of Louisiana, Greg and Mary, Kevin and Cathy, and Mark and Darla all from Michigan; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog Maya.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 16 in the Emerson Memorial Chapel at 2pm with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be private.
