Gloria Faye Martin

Gloria Faye Martin, 85 of Jonesboro passed from this life Wednesday night at St. Elizabeth’s Place.  She was born to the late John (Buster) Martin and Dovie Crisler Martin on March 22, 1933 in Cash.  She always had a smile and was willing to help anyone.  Gloria enjoyed doing crafts, especially making Christmas ornaments and giving them away.  She was a two time cancer survivor.  She was a member of the Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents Gloria is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Houston in 2013.

Survivors include one niece, Kathy Howerton of Jonesboro; two great nieces, Susan (Seth) Rudd and children of Jackson and Lisa Howerton and children of Newport and several cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Emerson Funeral Home from 12:30 -2:00 PM followed by a 3:00 p.m. graveside service at Johnson Cemetery in Cash with Jimmy Adcox officiating.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
