Gloria Hecht

Gloria J. Hecht, 69, of Jonesboro passed from this life Friday, January 8, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital. She was born November 20, 1951 in Dearborn, Michigan to the late John and Donna Bell.

Gloria has lived in Jonesboro for over 20 years and was of Christian faith, but also attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She loved gardening, but her greatest joy was spending time with and caring for her family.

In addition to her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn Bell and Chuck Bell as well as a brother-in-law, Phillip Patterson.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Hecht of the home; sons, Gaylon Wesley Brown of Jonesboro and David Brown of Hardy; daughters, Donna Brown of Trumann, Lisa Silvestros of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Lori (Luke) Karavolis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; brother, Gary Bell of Trumann; sister, Patricia Patterson of Trumann as well as 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Blake Carter, Dawson Brown, Michael Bell, Jeff Stevens, Darrick Stevens and Jamie Stevens.
