Gloretta "Glo" Reese Holloway, 89, of Jonesboro passed from this life to her eternal home in Heaven on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice house in Jonesboro.

She was born on November 26, 1928 to Martin and Marie Reese in Frisbee, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter-in-law, Karen Owens Holloway of Nashville, TN, and 9 brothers and 1 sister.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, David Carrol Holloway Sr. and four Children, David C. Holloway Jr. of Nashville, TN; Jan Smythe (Walter) of Texarkana, TX; Charlotte Moncrief (John) of Jonesboro; and Pam Little (Joe) of Jonesboro, and her 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and 4 great great grand children. She is also survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Gloretta and Carrol lived in Jonesboro for 49 years. She spent 17 yrs serving the Lord and others as Financial Secretary at Central Baptist Church.

Services will be held at Emerson’s Funeral Home Friday, Aug. 31st. Visitation at 1:00 -2:00, Services at 2:00, followed by private burial.
