Glenn Eaton

April 5, 1965 — December 10, 2014

Glenn Eaton, 49, of Lake City, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis. He has lived in Lake City for 30 years, moving there from Marked Tree. Glenn was a member of the Bethabara Baptist Church. He had worked on the Cobb Farms for 16 years and was loved everyone that knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Linea Eaton.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Mona Eaton, of the home; sons, Bobby Glen Eaton (Shelby) and Ethan Baton of Lake City; brothers, Larry Eaton, Rickey Eaton, Joe Eaton all of Marked Tree; Ronnie Eaton of Trumann; Tony Eaton of Earle; sisters, Judy Edgin, Deborah Ward, And his twin-sister Evada Eaton all of Trumann; Edna Smith of Wynne; grandchildren, Addyson, Bladen and Slade; and Lots of nieces and Nephews. He left behind his church family, special friends, Darin and Vickie Simpson, and a community of friends that loved him very much.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Jarrid McGrew and Darin Owens officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with John Calvert, Rick Brewer, Darin Simpson, Steve Cobb, Aaron Cobb and Jarrett Cobb will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Isbell and his Coffee Shop Crew. Visitation will be from 5-7 Friday night at Emerson Chapel.
