Glema Marie Bryant

Glema Marie Bryant, 85, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Wednesday evening at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Low Gap, West Virginia, Mrs. Bryant lived in Osceola before moving to Jonesboro in 1967. She was a retired bookkeeper for Aycock Pontiac in Jonesboro and was a member of First Baptist Church in Jonesboro. She was a member of St. Bernard’s Auxiliary and was preceded in death by her husband, W.W. Bryant.

Survivors include:

Her son and daughter-in-law: John P. and Annita Bryant of Elkins, Arkansas; and

2 Brothers: Corbet Ballard of Greenwich, Connecticut, and
I.A. Ballard of Hernshaw, West Virginia.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:00 in Jonesboro Memorial Park with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.

There will be no visitation.
