Gerald Lawrence

Gerald David Lawrence, 73, passed away in Newport Arkansas, July 10 2020. He was born in Bakersfield Ca to William and Flora Mae (Walls) Lawrence. He served in the army during the Vietnam War. Retired from Skill/Bosch Dremel of 30 years in 2005, where he worked as maintenance. He was a master electrician.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Donna of 47 years, sisters, Anna Minks, Alta Mae Mobly, Liz Critzer, Marion Beech, brothers; Charles Langston, Larry Lawrence, William Lawrence. Granddaughter DeLighla Dawn and great granddaughter DaLuca Rain.

Survivors include daughter Dawnia Grissom (Dave) of Hoxie, Dorrayne Lawrence (Meike) of Germany. Grandchildren, Sheryll Luna (Jon) of Brookland, Scott Reed of Hoxie, DeShea Dee Brown (David) of Hoxie, Desirea Tribble (Justin) of Pocahontas, Dakota Moore (Dillon) of Hoxie, Devin Lawrence of Germany. Great grandchildren Summer Tritch, Aura Luna, DaLeighla Brown, Aria Tribble and Tyler Lawrence. Sisters Bonnie Guest (Bill) and Vivian Davis(Buster) both of Walnut Ridge. And brother Donnie Lawrence of Harrison, AR as well as a host of other family and friends.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, all attendees of the funeral will be required to wear a mask.
