Georgetta Golden

Georgetta “Georgie” Golden 55, of Jonesboro passed away Monday September 29, 2008 at her home.

She was born and lived in Jonesboro all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Clark Chapel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Bond.

She is survived by her loving husband Charles Golden of the home, and one son Chad Golden of Jonesboro. One brother, Gordon Bond of Bay and her mother Jewanda Bond of Jonesboro. Also one grandson, Chase Golden of Jonesboro.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday October 1, 2008 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Reverend George Ezell officiating. Burial will be at Rutherford Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Active pallbearers will be Wayne Boyd, Thad Fike, Mathew Kain, Bill Newton, Willie Kain and Wiley Stanley.
