George Thomas Preasmeyer

George T. Preasmeyer, 51, Jonesboro died on Monday, December 8, 2014 at his residence.

George was born on October 23, 1962 to the late William and Barbara Winterstein Preasmeyer Sr. in Nuremberg, Germany. He was a fun loving brother and uncle that loved to watch Cardinal baseball, fishing, and traveling to Flea markets in the area. He worked for the Jonesboro Sun for 25 years as a carrier. He had recently became a Christian, and was a member of the South Caraway Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Preasmeyer; and one brother William Preasmeyer Jr.

He is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Isaacs of West Virginia and Bobbie Cantrell of Jonesboro; one brother, Ralph & Judy Preasmeyer of Jonesboro; finance, Diane Ball of Jonesboro; nieces and nephews, AJ Cantrell, Nikki White, Jonathan Preasmeyer, Heidi Preasmeyer, Joshua Isaacs, William Mace, Sandi Hunt; and a host of other family and friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 3pm in the Epic Center on 1899 CR 333 (Hasbrook Road). There will be a informal visitation prior to the service. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
