Gary Sartin

Gary Sartin, 66, of Jonesboro, died Monday, July 6, 2026, at his home. A lifetime resident, he was born in Jonesboro on January 7, 1960, to Arvel and Thelma Jean Sartin. He worked for the City of Jonesboro for over 30 years. He was of the Baptist belief. He put others needs ahead of his. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Louise Findley and Yvonne DeLaCruz, and brother, Rickey Sartin.

Survivors include his son, Donald Wayne Sartin; daughter, April Sartin (Ricky Painter) all of Jonesboro; brothers, Raymond (Rusty) and wife Joy Sartin; Sonny and Sharon Sartin; sisters, Linda Johnson, Thelma Sartin, Donna Pinnick and husband Don, all of Jonesboro; Barbara Lemmon of Paragould; Diane Ball and husband, Al of Brookland; grandson, Jordan Sartin-Painter; and a brother-from-another-mother, Larry Boatman Jr.
