Gary Blake Watkins

Gary Blake Watkins, 49, of Jonesboro, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at his home. Blake worked at Delta Tool Box and then later at Walmart.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lonnie McGuffin and grandparents, R.E. & Hazel Watkins; uncles, Jerry, Larry, and Rex Watkins; and aunt, Catherine Walker.

Survivors include his mother, Linda Hughes Bonds and husband, Roland; his father, Gary Watkins and wife, Dana; two brothers, Chad Dennis and Jason Watkins, all of Jonesboro; two sisters, Paige Woods and husband, Brian, Gina Watkins of Canton, Connecticut; three aunts, Judy Kitterman, Pat Watkins, and Betty Watkins of Jacksonville, Florida; two nieces, Brittany Warnick, Taylor Woods; and one nephew, Cody Dennis.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at McDaniel Cemetery with Eldon Richardson officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday morning 10:00 – noon at the funeral home.
