Fredrick Lee Mccraney

Fredrick Lee McCraney, 52, was born June 18, 1971 to Josephine McCraney and Leroy McCraney in Elaine, AR. Fred was a hardworking man who started driving trucks at the age of 13 his CB handle name was Birdman/ Fatman. He was a very kind big-hearted person who loved to listen to blues and would BBQ every weekend. He loved spending time with his kids and family was a very uplifting man.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy McCraney, brothers, Johnny Clay Wilborn, Marcus McCraney, Anthony Wilborn, Ricky McCraney, Kenneth McCraney, Leroy McCraney, Jr.; and sisters, Lene McCraney and Linda McCraney.

He leaves to cherish loving memories, his mother, Josephine McCraney, of Helena, AR, his wife, Keke McCraney; sons, Fredrick McCraney, Jr., Jacobi McCraney; two daughters, Kandra King & Soraya McCraney of Jonesboro, AR; four sisters, Patricia Taylor, Fannie Wilborn, Ashia McCraney Boose, Angela McCraney; brothers, his twin Cedric McCraney, Morris McCraney, Dennis McCraney; a host of step kids; nephews & nieces.

My dad was a great dad and I’m glad he was my dad. He did everything in his power to make sure me and my brother got what we needed and wanted. I appreciate that very much no matter how tired you were, you were always there for me, my brother, my mom, my family and other people. You worked so hard. No matter if it was day or night if someone says they need something you always get up and help. I just wanted to say I love you dad and I hope to see you again. - Soraya M

Oh my proud Fred, always exuding strength, even in the most difficult situations. I MISS YOU and I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Get some rest until your name is called, I'll be there and I'll tell you everything I need to tell you in paradise. I can’t wait to kiss you and feel your beautiful hands again.
