Freda Imogene Powell

Mrs. Freda Imogene Powell of Jonesboro, formerly of Trumann departed this life on September 9, 2021, at the age of 61. She was born November 17, 1959, to the late Virgil and Irene Bennett.

Freda spent time working at FMH Conveyors and of the Church of Christ belief. She loved spending time playing with her dogs, playing games on her phone, cooking for family weekends. Freda was looking forward to her first grand baby. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters, and 3 brothers.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years Robby Powell, one son, Anthony (Sandra) Powell of Jonesboro; one daughter, Angie (David Johnson) Powell of Jonesboro; one brother, James (Denise) Bennett of D’lo, MS; one sister, Wanda (Larry) Peterson of El Dorado, AR. Along with her fur babies Annie, Zena, and Gracie.

Friends may visit at Emerson Funeral Home, Friday, September 10, 2021 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto.
