Francis Willbanks

Francis Willbanks, 79, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Saturday, November 18, 2023. She was born to the late Lloyd and Opal Thomas on April 29, 1944 in Cash. Francis was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She was a member of Union Grove Church and a devout Christian. Francis enjoyed singing karaoke, hunting, fishing, yard selling, planting flowers, and being a DIYer. In addition to her parents, Francis is preceded in death by her 11 siblings; children, Michael Goodwin and Jeanetta Lockley; and granddaughter, Kimberly Goodwin.

Francis is survived by her daughters, Donna Goodwin of Jonesboro and Rhonda Swindle of Conway; grandchildren, Jacob Goodwin, Josh Goodwin, Brent Goodwin, Anthony Goodwin, Jessica Goodwin, Brandon Goodwin, Chance Bailey, Kevin Kelley, Keisha Boyd, Brianna Payne, and several great grandchildren; and sisters, Shirley Hill of Pangburn and Virginia Cox of Conway.

The visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 at Emerson Funeral Home on Saturday.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Emerson Funeral Home with Danny Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery with the active pallbearers being Brandon Goodwin, Anthony Goodwin, Michael Goodwin, Chase Goodwin, Ryan Aldridge, Jim Riley, and Torey Riley.
