Frances Louise Price

Frances Louise Price, 79, of Bay passed from this life April 19, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 26, 1936 in Bay to the late Layfayette and Pauline Preston. Frances lived her entire life residing in Bay where she was long time member of Bay Methodist Church. She enjoyed a 40 year career in cosmetology, taught 2 years of cosmetology school, and was the owner of Colonial Hair Salon. Children were a big part of Frances life. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frances was a very kind and loving woman who will be missed dearly.

In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her sister: Shirley Finch.

Frances is survived by her husband, Norman Price of 27 years; two sons: Gary (Susan) Mills of Montreal, Canada and Greg (Julie) Mills of Bay; two grandchildren: Cristin(Matt) Mills of Florida and Taylor(Jordan) Beard of Weiner; four great-grandchildren;a niece: Jamie Lewis of Southhaven, MS; and a nephew: Wayne(Hope) Finch of Nesbitt, MS.

A visitation will be from 9-10 am Friday, April 22, 2016 at Emerson Memorial Chapel.

A Memorial service will follow the visitation at 10 a.m. at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Donald Lewart officiating.
