Frances Dallene Noblin, 88, of Jonesboro entered into her heavenly home Tuesday May 4, 2021. She was born August 23, 1932 in Brookland to the late James Wesley Forehand and Ester Simons Forehand.
Frances has lived in the Jonesboro area all of her life and was a member of Greensboro Road Church of Christ. Some of her hobbies included knitting, reading poetry, genealogy, working puzzles, and was an avid rooster collector. Frances also loved animals and was a great artist. She was always there for her family and didn’t hesitate to take care of them. Immediately following graduation from high school, she went to work at Southwestern Bell for 36 years as a dial administrator.
She is preceded in death by her husband, T.L. Noblin; daughter, Lori Noblin-McClusky; brother, Frank Forehand and sisters, Lucy Forehand, Ruby Florene Forehand and Opal Caudle.
Frances is survived by her brothers, Cecil Forehand of Paragould and Donald Forehand of Brookland; sisters, Jean Gandy of Brookland and Eula Forehand of Jonesboro as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Mike Turner, Daryl Turner, Alfred Forehand, Logan Alexander, Nathan Lawson, Greg Forehand and Lucas Thompson. Honorary pallbearers are Greg Walter, Mike Forehand, Tony Forehand, Steve Talley, Glen Talley and Mike Wimberly.
