Frances Nall, 85, of Brookland, died Wednesday at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She had lived in Brookland her entire life and was a member of Brookland Baptist Church. She loved to sew and make dolls, read and work puzzle books. She loved any kind of arts and crafts and loved to win at Shanghai Rummy. A great love of hers was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Don Nall; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia & Kenny Scott; sister, Naomi Box; grandchildren, Jason (Debbie) Crocker, Joel (Jill) Crocker, Shelly (Michael) Gibson; great grandchildren, Jace Crocker, Hadlee Crocker, Kathryn Crocker, Ryan Wicker, Ryan Hoepfl; sister-in-law, Yvonne Nelms; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, B.F. Nall; parents, Thomas Preston & Frankye DeBerry Nelms; and a brother, Edward Nelms.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Pine Log Cemetery with John & Patty Soward officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Active pallbearers will be Wesley Cornish, Bruce Nelms, Michael Gibson, Joel Crocker, Jason Crocker, Randy Nelms, and Dennis Sairls.
Visitation will be Friday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
