Frances Louise Dobbs

Frances Louise Dobbs, 75, of Jonesboro died on Monday October 3, 2011, at NEA Baptist Hospital after a battle with cancer.

Frances was born on October 27, 1935 in Jonesboro she was the daughter to the late Dick Saint and Clara Mae Saint. She lived all her life in the Jonesboro area. She was an employee of Colson Caster Co from 1964 to 1980 as well as a homemaker and caregiver; she will be missed by all her family and friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, two brothers, Edward Saint of Indianola, Iowa and James (Jay) Saint of Jonesboro.

Survivors include her husband, Edward D. Dobbs of the home; a son, William (Ernie) Rucker of Jonesboro; two daughters, Rebecca Nichols and her husband Billy, and Gwen Lee all of Jonesboro; nine grandchildren, Donnie Lawrence, Melanie Evans, Cynthia Taylor, Teressa Godinez, Gary E. Kibby, Terry L. Kibby, Gwenetta Elrod, Michael Gibson, Jacklyn McGowen, Rolando Barron, and Dontrel Richardson; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

Graveside Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m.in Pine Hill Cemetery with Jeff Watson officiating with Emerson Funeral in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Emerson Funeral Home.

Family ask for memorials be given to the American Cancer Society, 1205 S. Madison Street Jonesboro, AR 72401, in memory of Frances Louise Dobbs.
