Fidencia Trevino Perez, 59, of Trumann, died December 9, 2024, peacefully at her home.
Ms. Perez was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified Hispanic Translator, and recently retired from St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She formerly worked as a Therapist/Social Worker for Families Inc., of Jonesboro, and Mid-South Health Systems.
Before her graduation from Arkansas State University, she worked at Jonesboro Housing Authority, ARCare, and UAMS in Jonesboro.
Fidencia loved her four dogs, Lulu, Molly, Peanut, and her beloved Lilly. She loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren, of whom she was very proud. She enjoyed traveling, decorating, and visiting the ocean with her family.
Fidencia was preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Genaro Trevino; siblings Ezikiel Trevino, Mickey Trevino, Maria Trevino, and Susie Trevino; and ex-husband Ernesto Perez Jr.
She is survived by her children, Susie Rodriguez (Luis) and Ernest Perez (Maritza); six grandchildren Nathanael Rodriguez, Nicolas Rodriguez, Angel Perez, Aubrey Perez, Geno Perez, all of Jonesboro, and Alexis Perez of Fairbanks, Alaska; Siblings include sisters Rachael, Alice, Janie, of Washington and Brothers Daniel, Lupe, and Joe Trevino of Washington.
A memorial service will be held at Emerson Funeral Home on December 14, 2024, at 3:00 pm. A visitation will precede the service from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Memorial services will be open to friends and family.
