Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her passion.
Survivors include her daughter, Marcie Levy; son, Paul Levy (Andrea); grandchildren, Arie Hefter (Elyse Kerschner), Jeremy Hefter (Sonia Brown), Emily Levy (Kyle Buffin), and Ilyse Levy; and, of course, her great-grandchildren, Van Hefter and Jacob Buffin. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Manny, and her mother, Rose Brooks.
Fay will be remembered for her devotion to family, her strength, and the warmth she shared with those who loved her. Some of her grandchildren’s cherished memories included visits to Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI, with Fay and Manny, where they enjoyed walking together, riding the carousel, and exploring the exhibits.
