It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Everett Gunnar Rose of Jonesboro on June 8, 2023. Born on January 27, 2021, in Paragould, Arkansas, though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made in his two years will forever be treasured.

Everett quickly became a source of immense joy and happiness for his parents, Hunter and Deziree Rose. His contagious laughter and radiant smile brought light into every room, filling the hearts of his loved ones with boundless love and warmth.

Everett had an unwavering passion for animated movies, and his eyes would sparkle with excitement as he watched his favorites, including "Cars," "Toy Story," and "Jurassic Park." He loved immersing himself in imaginative play, creating adventures with his toys that captured the hearts of those around him. Playing with his cousin Ellie was a source of immense happiness for Everett, as they laughed, explored, and shared countless memories together. Mealtimes were always an adventure for Everett, who possessed a hearty appetite and a love for trying new foods. He thrived in the company of his friends and teachers at school, relishing in the learning and play that enriched his young mind. Everett's spirited nature was exemplified by his boundless energy and his eagerness to explore the world around him. Above all, Everett cherished the moments spent with his loving parents, who provided him with unconditional love and nurtured his vibrant spirit. Their bond was unbreakable, and the memories they created together will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

Everett was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Patrick Rose, who surely embraced him with open arms upon his arrival.

Everett's unconditional love and affection were treasured by his family. He is survived by his parents, Hunter and Deziree Rose of Jonesboro. His memory will forever be cherished by; his maternal grandmother, Jessica Renea Gomez, of Jonesboro, and his maternal grandfather, Ivan Gomez, of Chicago, IL. Everett's paternal grandmother, Alisha Rose, of Poplar Bluff, and his aunts, Sasha Gomez and Madison Dawes, along with her husband Eli. His beloved cousin, Ellie Gomez, will forever hold him close in her heart. Additionally, Everett is survived by his maternal great-grandparents, Kevin and  Pat Krich, and his paternal great-grandparents, Doug and Allene Rose.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, June 17, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m., held at Emerson Memorial Chapel. Funeral services, officiated by Doug Rose Sr., will starting at 2:00 p.m. The active pallbearers, Andrew Rose, Doug Rose Jr, John Rose, and Tony Rose. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas.
