Evelyn Virginia Alsup Spradley

Evelyn Virginia Alsup Spradley, 82 of Jonesboro, died Tuesday October 28, 2008 at her daughter’s residence.

She was born in Jonesboro and lived her lifetime here. She was a retired waitress, cook and of the protestant belief.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Survived by three sons Charles Henry Cox and wife Pat of Millington, Tennessee, Gary Dean Cox and wife Dee of Jonesboro and Kenny Wayne Cox and wife Dawn of Sycamore, Illinois.

Two daughters Brenda Kay Williams of Knoxville, Tennessee and Patricia Ann Cox of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

10 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren

Graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday October 30, 2008 at Oaklawn Cemetery with Pastor Dave Burgess officiating. Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

There will be no visitation.
