Evadee Finley

Evadee Finley, 94, of Jonesboro passed from this life on December 10, 2014. She was born near Enola, Arkansas on March 17, 1920 to the late Lee and Annie Casey. Evadee was a member of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Jonesboro. She loved to cook, make quilts, and anything she could for her family. Evadee was a hard working woman who was well known for her perfect biscuits. She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband: Riley L. Finley Sr; Son: William G. Finley; and nine siblings.

Evadee is survived by her sons: Riley Finley Jr., Bill G. Finley, James H. Finley, Nathan G. Finley, Terry L. Finley, and Chris W. Finley. She also leaves behind twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Emerson Memorial Chapel at 3:00 p.m. on December 13, 2014 with Bro. Rick Hansen officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Evadee’s Grandchildren. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in Emerson Memorial Chapel.
